The Strategic Plan for Youth (SPY) 2003-2004 is a summary of findings prepared by a CAN Leadership Team and member sub-committee from identified needs and existing resources that impact the lives of youth and families in San Benito County.

A set of building blocks of healthy
development for young people.

The Assets were adopted as a guide for
the work of CAN because
